What is Academic Advising?

This may include:
- Selecting semester courses
- Planning a program of study
- Preparing for transfer
- Setting goals for future learning
- Finding academic support resources
Academic advising at Parkland is mainly accomplished through scheduled appointments. To make an advising appointment, click on Appointment Scheduling. Students may also email their designated academic success advisor or firstname.lastname@example.org from your Parkland student email account.
