    Assistance for Employees
    •  Report a Problem: Submit an online help ticket OR call 217/353-3333. Click here to see your current and past tickets.
    •  Request a Service: Submit a service request for things that require director/chair approval (software installs/updates, hardware setups/moves, quotes, phone/voicemail setup, network ports, network drive access, new reports, consultations, and IT Projects).
    •  Request A/V Assistance for an Event
    • Request an Account:
      • Employee Account For user accounts, shared mailboxes, shared folders, 25Live, and/or Augusoft Lumens accounts.
      • Student Worker Account: For user accounts and renewals. Accounts expire on the last day of the semester students are eligible to work. Submit new form and check the Renewal box if they will be working the following semester.
      • Colleague Account: For new Colleague access as well as changes to existing access.

    ***Allow one week's notice for work requests, A/V assistance for events, and new accounts.

    Wi-Fi Access

    Available Computers, Printers, and Fax Machine on Campus: The Parkland Library has over 60 Windows workstations available for employees, students, and guests. As you enter the Library, turn left and you will see the computer area straight ahead and on your left. For library location, please click here. To reach the library by phone, please call 217/373-3839. Printing is available, but you will need to set up a PaperCut account first. There is also a fax machine in the library, which will allow outgoing faxes only. The machine accepts credit cards or branded debit cards only.
