Each year the Parkland Occupational Therapy Assistant program, in conjunction with Clark Lindsey and AAA puts on a free program educating drivers about the best way to adjust their mirrors, seats, seat belts, and other areas of the car to make them as safe as possible while driving.
It is geared for older adults, but anyone of driving age is able to participate and can benefit from the program.
Each checkup takes about 20 minutes. Please note, this is not a driving test or mechanical inspection.
