HOW TO BE SEEN FOR ACADEMIC ADVISING
At this time, we are offering same day and advanced appointments. You can make a same day appointment by coming to the front desk in U-267 or by calling 217-351-2219.

Our hours are: Monday: 8 am to 6 pm Tuesday: 8 am to 5 pm Wednesday: 8 am to 5 pm Thursday: 8 am to 6 pm Friday: 8 am to 5 pm

We make same day appointments by the hour. If you sign up for an hour, you are seen sometime within that hour. (Example: you call and sign up for the 10 o’clock hour. You check in at the front desk by 10 a.m. and you are seen between 10-11 a.m.)

If you would like to make an advanced appointment, please call or come to the Counseling and Advising Center. Or you may contact your preferred advisor or counselor to make an appointment. Advanced appointments will not be made within a 24 hour time period and will not extend further than two weeks out.

If you are more than 10 minutes late for an appointment, you will have to reschedule.

Please check in at the front desk with your student ID when you come for your appointment.
PERSONAL COUNSELING FOR CURRENT STUDENTS

Fifty minute personal counseling appointments may be scheduled with one of the faculty counselors. Stop by U267 or call 217/351-2461 to submit a personal counseling form.
