No Show / Late Policy

Late-Testing(Placement Testing):
Being late is defined as arriving 15 minutes after the appointment time. Late-testers may need to reschedule their appointments.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please go to the website below and follow the steps.
 
  1. Click the My History link located at the top-right of the page.
  2. Enter the email address you used to schedule your exam.
  3. Click the Continue button.
  4. You will receive an email from support@registerblast.com
  5. Click the link inside the email.
  6. A My Exam History page will open. Find your exam and click the Reschedule link
  7. Click the Select a Date For Your Exam field to choose an available testing date from the calendar.
  8. Click the Choose a Time field to select an available testing time.
  9. Click the Reschedule button.
No Show(placement Testing):
No-show is defined as an individual who did not call to cancel  their appointment.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please go to website below and follow the steps;
 
  1. Click the My History tab at the top of the page.
  2. Enter the email address you used to schedule your exam.
  3. Click Continue.
  4. You will receive an email from support@registerblast.com
  5. Click the link inside the email.
  6. A My Exam History page will open. Find your exam and click the Cancel link
  7. Click "Yes, cancel my registration" if you are sure you want to cancel or "Keep current registration" if you do not want to cancel your exam.
