Being late is defined as arriving 15 minutes after the appointment time. Late-testers will need to reschedule their appointments. If a student calls in before their scheduled time indicating that they will be late more than 15mins, their appointment will be moved to the next available slot in the same day. If the student does not call and is more than 15mins late, they will need to reschedule.
No Show Policy:
No-show is defined as an individual who did not call to cancel or reschedule a scheduled appointment. Assessment Center maintains and updates the no-show list daily. Assessment Center does not make appointments for anyone who has no-showed on 3 occasions. If such an individual wishes to test at the Assessment Center, they will need to talk to the Director of the Assessment Center.
