Campus Layout
Parkland has different academic sections of the building referred to as “wings”. The X wing is the center/top of the college with access to the following wings: (all the ramps lead up to the college center)
A = admissions & administration
B = business & agri industries and computer sciences
C = fine & applied arts
D = humanities & social sciences, and computer sciences
L = health professions* & natural science
M = math & engineering science technology
P = athletics & sport related academics
The Applied Technology Center (T wing), the green house and the Diesel Technology Center ( W wing) are located in separate buildings on the west side of the campus. The S wing Art building is near the Bradley entrance by the red barns.
Athletic fields are located on the north side of campus.
* Some health classes are held at the Parkland on Mattis H wing. By sure to check the class locations in the class schedule. Click for maps.

Where to Park
The parking lots are identified with B, C, & M signs on the light posts. Pick the lot closest to your first or last class and park in the same lot every time. If your classes are in the L, P or M wings park in the M lots. Use the C lots if your classes are in the C or D wings and use the B lots if your classes is in the B wing.
If you happen to lock your keys in your truck or your car won’t start call 351-2369 for free assistance. 
 
Bus Stop
The MTD bus pickup/drop off is at the D2- D wing entrance. Click for MTD Bus schedules.
You can buy or use your financial aid to purchase an annual bus pass certificate in the bookstore for $72. Take the certificate to the MTD terminal with a photo ID and they'll give you the MTD pass. 

Student IDs
Get your student ID in X161. Your first card is free. Carry it with you when on campus as identification for computer lab use, library loans, business/financial aid transactions, voting, free admission to athletic events and book buy-backs in the Bookstore. Click for more.

ATM
A Busey Bank ATM is located across the hall from the Student Life office (X153) next to the library stairs in the college center. 
 
Food
We have 2 cafeterias on campus:
Gullivers, located between the C & M wings, serves breakfast, lunch & snacks 7:30am-2pm daily.
Mama Leones, located in the X wing across from the bookstore, serves pizza & sandwiches 10am-6pm.

Fitness Center
In case you haven’t heard we have a brand new Fitness Center in the Dodds Athletic Center. Click for hours & info.

Bookstore

The Bookstore is located in the X wing (X106). Click for online info.
 
Library
Parkland has a wonderful full service library - research assistance, computer labs, books, videos, magazines, printers, photocopiers and even a fax machine. The entrance to the library is the large stairway in the college center. Your student ID is also your library card - bring it with you to use the library services.  Click for more.
 
Lockers
Rental lockers are located on the first floor of the B, C, L, M, and X wings. Click for more info.
