Kaplan Admissions Test will be used for Parkland Nursing program applicants only
(Note: taking the Kaplan Admissions Test does not guarantee acceptance into the nursing program.)
Before taking the Kaplan Admissions Test, candidates must have college level reading, English, and mathematics placements. For more information on placements click here.
The Kaplan Admissions Test is required for Parkland College Nursing Program applicants to asses skills in four academic areas: reading, math, writing, and science.
The Kaplan Admissions Test is offered most Mondays - Thursdays in the Parkland College Assessment Center (Room U 203) during the months of August, September, January, and February.
All test-takers are required to show a valid photo ID that includes a signature, and are required to make an appointment.
