The Bilingual Student Support Assistants help students, staff and faculty communicate effectively by bridging language and cultural differences.They guide students in navigating academic and campus resources, explain instructions or materials when language barriers come up, and support overall student engagement and success.

They currently work part-time but are still available to help students and family members by phone, even when they're off duty. This ensures communication and support continue outside their scheduled hours.
