Welcome from Campus Technologies!

Campus Technologies would like to welcome Parkland students to the fall semester. To aid in your academic success, we would like to mention a few tech resources and suggestions.

• For new students, there is an Electronic Tools site that walks you through the process of setting up your ParklandOne account and outlines common services you will sign into including Self-Service and Cobra Learning.
• The KnowledgeBase includes help articles on everything from ParklandOne to Cobra to Self-Service and everything in-between.
• Didn’t receive your temporary password from Admissions? Visit the KnowledgeBase to learn more.
• Please do not set up "Biometric Authenticator" for your ParklandOne multifactor authentication as not all hardware and apps support it. Okta Verify is the recommended factor.
• To connect to Wi-Fi, select “parkland” within your mobile settings. The Wi-Fi Upgrade Post on Connect contains tips to assist with connection to our upgraded system.
• Students can install Microsoft 365 on up to five personal devices for free and/or access it online instead. Microsoft 365 – Installing or Accessing Online
• Laptops and other devices are available for loan in the Learning Commons.
• The use of Parkland College systems requires compliance with the College’s Information Security Policies.
