Over the summer, Campus Technologies completed a hardware and software refresh of the wireless network. This new change provides better wireless coverage and management.
Connect to the Upgraded Wireless on your Device/s:
- Open your wireless settings and choose “parkland” from the list of available networks (make sure it has a lowercase “p”).
- Enter your ParklandOne username and password and click on the “Save” or “OK” button depending on your device.
On Apple devices, please ACCEPT or TRUST the certificate.
Troubleshooting Tips:
- On Apple devices, you may need to select the “FIXED” option under “Private Wi-Fi Address”.
- On Android devices, you may need to select “Phone MAC” instead of “Randomized MAC” under the “MAC address type”.
- Alternatively, you may connect to “parkland-guest” which will take you to the captive portal website where you will enter your ParklandOne credentials and accept the terms and conditions for use.
