Automotive Collision Repair Technician

The Collision Repair Technician apprenticeship spans three years, offering a comprehensive educational pathway for aspiring automotive body work technicians. During the first two years, apprentices dedicate themselves to hands-on training at Parkland for half of each semester and spend the remaining half of the semester performing paid work experience. In the third year, they transition to full-time employment with their sponsoring dealership. Upon completion of the apprenticeship, participants not only earn an industry-recognized credential but also earn an Associate in Applied Science degree.

Parkland's partnership with the Collision Engineering Program (CEP) provides some financial support to apprentices via the Ford Fund.
