Article Vi: Interpretation and revision

Any question regarding the interpretation of the Student Conduct Code shall be referred to the Dean of Students or Student Conduct Advisor. 

The Student Conduct Code shall be reviewed minimally every two (2) years under the direction of the Dean of Students and the Vice President for Student Services.  

If any provision in this Student Conduct Code is or shall at any time be contrary to or unauthorized by federal or state law, then such provisions shall not be applicable, performed, or enforced except to the extent permitted by law.
