Dr. Cheryl Forest Morganson teaches Voice, Choir, and Music Theory here at Parkland. She is a frequent collaborator with Parkland Theatre and local community theaters, and also co-teaches the UIUC Theatre department’s studio course, “Acting in Musical Theatre.”
She earned her B.S. in Biology from Caltech (Pasadena, CA), her B.A. in Music (Piano) from Valley City State University (Valley City, N.D.. - earned remotely while in Germany), her M.M. in Collaborative Piano from the Longy School of Music (Cambridge, MA) and her DMA in Vocal Coaching and Accompanying from UIUC.
