Although we had to suspend our in-person Commencement Exercise due to novel coronovirus, we are happy to announce our first-ever Virtual Commencement Ceremony!

Virtual Commencement will take place on Friday, May 22, 2020 at 7 p.m. and will be live-streamed on YouTube, where you will have the opportunity to cheer on our graduates via social media and live chat. Our virtual ceremony will include some aspects of traditional commencement, including speakers, award presentations, and the reading of the graduates' names.

Every student that participates in the virtual commencement ceremony will receive a “Cobra Commencement Kit” later this summer with their degree. The kit will include a new green mortarboard, a Parkland tassel with new signet, padded diploma cover, three copies of the commencement program, and more. All 2020 graduates will also have the opportunity to participate in the May 13, 2021 Commencement Exercises at the Krannert Center. More details will be available closer to the event date.
