The Clery Act requires colleges to report certain crimes that occur at places off-campus at locations connected to the school. This includes college-sponsored overnight lodging or spaces frequently used by students.

The Parkland Overnight Travel Form is required for any Parkland-related overnight travel. This includes trips for athletics, academics, clubs, business, or other college activities. It is designed to identify who will be traveling, how they will travel, and where they will travel. This helps Parkland report the information required by the Clery Act.

When must this form be completed?

This form MUST be completed for ANY Parkland sponsored trip or off-campus travel that involves:

Overnight lodging, or
Renting a room or facility (for any length of time)
