The Board of Trustees desires to afford members of the public and its employees reasonable time subject to reasonable constraints to comment on issues before the Board or to ask questions of the Board on items which are pending as per 5 ILCS 120/2.06(g) and 110 ILCS 805/3-8
At each regular and special meeting which is open to the public, members of the public and employees of the community College district shall be afforded time, subject to reasonable constraints, to comment to or ask questions of the Board.
As a courtesy, individuals who wish to provide public comment at official Board of Trustees meeting should submit a Public Comments Request Form prior to the scheduled meeting.
