We are honored to welcome Urbana Mayor DeShawn Williams as our featured speaker for this year's celebration. We are especially excited to gather the Parkland community to hear Mayor Williams' reflections as the newest mayor of the City of Urbana, and we are celebrating a couple of days early to accommodate his busy schedule.

Additionally, we invite you to visit the Parkland tent at the community-wide Juneteenth Celebration that will take place Saturday, June 14, 2025, from 12–3 pm at Douglass Park in Champaign.
