Our two year Radiologic Technology degree program prepares you to take diagnostic images using the latest in X-ray and digital technology and local medical facilities. You’ll receive one-on one training at area medical facilities as you prepare for the national RT certification exam.

Students ARRT certified in Radiologic Technology may continue on for certificates in Computed Tomography (CT) and/or Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). Click to learn more.

What you’ll do:
Take diagnostic images on patients of all ages using an energized X-ray lab and local medical facilities. Work in a fast-paced environment using the latest in digital technology. Receive one-on-one training at area medical facilities as you prepare for the national RT certification exam. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to multitask and/or critically think in stressful situations are needed. This program is very competitive, so courses in anatomy and physiology, physics, and math are helpful.
 

Where you’ll go:
After graduation, work in trauma centers, acute care hospitals, and outpatient clinics, or get advanced certification in CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Radiation Therapy, and Nuclear Medicine. Our well-trained graduates often find jobs locally.
