What you’ll do:
Learn how to test, diagnose, and repair various diesel engines, including mechanical and electrical components. Training on diesel engines includes motortruck, agricultural, and construction equipment. Gain the management skills you need to run a Diesel Shop, as you earn your Associate in Applied Science degree in Diesel Power Technology. Internships are part of the required curriculum, along with opportunities to participate in the Parkland Diesel Power Pulling Team, an excellent extracurricular activity involving teamwork, leadership, and the technician skills taught in class.
