There will be changes to this program for Fall 2014.  It will be combined with the Network System Administration curriculum under Network Administration and Support.

What you’ll do:
Microcomputer support specialists use creativity, attention to detail, and troubleshooting skills to open a world of opportunity in the ever-expanding computer field. Our program teaches you how to provide technical support, assistance, advice, and training for computer hardware, software applications, and client/server systems. Our experienced faculty teach the most current course material, allowing you to contribute within your new career right after graduation.

Where you’ll go:
With your degree, you can expect a career in computer support or as an IT specialist; in Help Desk support, IT support, or PC maintenance and repair; or as a consultant/trainer/business owner, office manager, office professional, sales representative, or customer service representative.
