Spring 2024 Attendance Report Dates

SWFT students are required to complete all assignments, attend classes, and submit their attendance report by the due dates listed below. 

ATTENDANCE REPORT #1

  • Opens: January 24, 2024 at 8 am
  • Due by: January 31, 2024 at 5 pm

ATTENDANCE REPORT #2: 

  • Opens: March 6, 2024 at 8 am
  • Due by: March 13, 2024 at 5pm

ATTENDANCE REPORT #3: 

  • Opens: April 24, 2024 at 8 am
  • Due by: May 1, 2024 at 5 pm

    Hi SWFT Scholars! I am Lorraine Munoz, your SWFT academic advisor. You are required to meet with me three times throughout the Spring 2024 semester. Here are the advising meeting deadlines:

    Advising Meeting #1: Multi-Semester Planning

    Must be completed by: February 9, 2024

    Advising Meeting #2: Midterm Check-in

    Must be completed by: March 8, 2024

    Advising Meeting #3: Class Registration

    Must be completed by: April 26, 2024

    I will be in my SWFT office, D137, Thursdays & Fridays 8 am to 5 pm weekly.

    NOTE: Wednesdays I will be working remotely and will not be on campus. We can still meet for an advising meeting via online Teams.

    Office Hours: I have walk-in office hours on Thursdays 12 pm – 1 pm and 3 pm – 4 pm and Fridays 11 pm – 12 pm and 2 pm – 3 pm

    NOTE: Since I am in the SWFT office two days of the week please do not wait until right before an advising deadline to meet with me. I might not have any availability.

    • January 8: Spring semester starts
    • January 11: First employability skills class and personal plan due
    • January 12: Last day to use book voucher and email instructor deadline
    • January 15: Martin Luther King Day, college closed
    • January 18: Orientation checklist due
    • January 24: First attendance form sent
    • January 29: 13-week classes begin
    • January 31: first attendance form due
    • February 9: First advising meeting deadline and first stipend payment
    • February 16: First financial aid refunds
    • February 22: Professional Development Day (no day or evening classes)
    • February 23: Withdrawal Deadline for first 8-week classes
    • February 28: Second attendance form sent
    • March 4: Second 8-week (midterm) classes begin
    • March 6: Second attendance form due
    • March 8: Second advising meeting deadline and graduation petition is due
    • March 9–17: Spring vacation
    • March 14: Second financial aid loan refund mailed
    • March 15: Spring holiday (college closed)
    • March 22: Second stipend payment
    • April 19: Deadline to withdrawal from classes
    • April 24: Third attendance form sent
    • April 26: Third advising meeting deadline
    • May 1: Third attendance form due
    • May 2: Last day of classes
    • May 3–9: Final exams
