Interested in learning more about business and computer science? Parkland is hosting a series of workshops for high school students and community members throughout the semester to help you learn more about all the possibilities the Business/Computer Science & Technologies department can offer.

Computer Science Experience

 Join us for Parkland College Career and Technical Education's FREE Computer Science Experience. High school students in grades 9 through 12 are invited to attend Friday, December 1, from 9 am to 1:30 pm to take part in this exciting event on Parkland's main campus. 

This hands-on career exploration event focused on computer technologies will feature:

- Hands-on learning sessions – 3D computer animation, computer networks, PC maintenance and hardware, computer programming, and audio production technology

- A tour of Parkland's campus

- Lunch and a Parkland swag bag

- A hospitality room for teachers and chaperones.
