COvid HElp Desk

The COVID Help Desk, located in B124, is here to assist you with: 

 

  • troubleshooting Safer Community app issues 
  • submitting your vaccination status 
  • obtaining your Parkland Building Access Day Pass (PBADP)* 
  • answering other general questions 

 

Access to the COVID Help Desk in B124 can only be obtained from outside Parkland College through external entrances. Use parking lots B6 and B7 and head toward the X2 entrance. See map here

 

Students, employees, and visitors with accessibility needs should approach the B124 interior door for assistance. 

 

*PBADPs will not be issued by the COVID Help Desk until they are required for building access (once enforcement begins). 

 

COVID Help Desk hours: 

Monday–Friday: 7 a.m.–7 p.m.  

Saturday: 7 a.m.–5 p.m.
