: Home Schooled Enrollment Program
Are you between 16 to 18 years old and haven’t yet graduated from home school? You can still take classes at Parkland College! The Underage Enrollment Program allows home-schooled students to earn credit toward a college degree; they may enroll in up to seven credit hours per semester, pending Parkland department chair approval.
NOTE: You’ll need to take placement tests to determine if you’re eligible to take college courses. Courses you may take do not include developmental (under 100-level) courses. Underage Enrollment Program students do not qualify for financial aid; however, their performance in these courses could affect their financial aid eligibility in the future.
