Submitting transcripts to Parkland:
Transcripts should be sent directly to Parkland’s Admissions office from your high school (or GED) and/or previously attended colleges and universities. Faxed or hand-carried transcripts will not be accepted. It is recommended that you also have a copy sent to yourself that you can bring with you during the advising process.
Requesting transcripts from Parkland:
Transcripts may be ordered online, in-person or by mail. Sorry, but we are not able to accept transcript requests by telephone, fax or e-mail.
You can order transcripts using any major credit card. You card will only be charged when your order has been completed. All transcripts are $3.00.
To order an official transcript(s) online:
- Login to the National Student Clearinghouse site, the third party site that Parkland has authorized to provide transcripts.
- When selecting YOUR college, please choose Parkland College.
- Please allow at least three days for requests to be processed. During the end of a semester additional time is required. Rush transcripts may not be available during peak enrollment periods or at the end of the semester.
Due to security issues we do not fax transcripts.
Parkland cannot forward an original or copy of any document received by Parkland from another institution or agency. Transcripts, test scores and other documents must be requested by the student from the originating institution or agency.
Transcripts sent directly to the student or picked up will be stamped “Issued to Student.” It will be the option of the receiving institution or agency to consider these transcripts as official. Parkland considers official transcripts to be those sent directly from the Parkland Office of Admissions and Records to an institution or agency.
For mailed transcripts, please submit this transcript form and a $3.00 check made out to Parkland College at the following address:
