The Parkland College Board of Trustees consists of seven members elected by the residents of District #505, and a student representative elected by the student body. Serving for staggered six-year terms, the trustees provide local control and direction for the college and operate in accordance with written policies and procedures published in the Parkland College Policies and Procedures Manual.

Board meetings are held monthly (except in August) at an established time and place and are open to the public.

Did You Know?

Parkland's adult and continuing education program offers credit and noncredit courses that meet the needs of special populations within our district, such as teachers, businesspersons, retirees, and K-12 students.
