Our Green Belt certification is designed for professionals who want to make a real impact in their organizations. It's ideal for leaders and managers driving improvement projects, engineers, analysts, and quality specialists working with processes, systems, or data, as well as operations or project managers focused on boosting performance and efficiency. This course is also ideal for early- to mid-career professionals looking to stand out and build skills that advance their careers.
This hybrid 8-week course, beginning Tuesday, January 13, combines
in-person sessions, virtual learning, independent study, and applied
project work. Upon successful completion, including the project and
final exam, participants will receive a Green Belt certificate issued by
Community Education at Parkland College.

Meet Your Instructor:
Sadie Paige – Principal Consultant, Illiana Consulting Group, LLC
Sadie Paige is the Principal Consultant at Illiana Consulting Group, LLC, and a trusted expert in business performance improvement, automation, and Lean management. With a
passion for continuous improvement, Sadie empowers organizations to solve real-world problems using proven methodologies like Lean Six Sigma, ISO standards, Design Thinking, and Change Management.
She is a certified Lean Six Sigma practitioner through the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and currently delivers Green Belt training throughout East Central Illinois and West Central Indiana. In addition to her consulting work, Sadie is an accomplished automation specialist — streamlining key business functions such as payroll, work orders, quotes, invoicing, and workload management through prioritization and process redesign.
Sadie holds an MS in Quantitative Psychology from Ball State University, a BS in Organizational Psychology from Franklin University, and an Associate Degree from Danville Area Community College — where her experience continues to fuel her advocacy for accessible, high-quality education.
