Walking has many benefits: Walk to lower your blood pressure, strengthen your heart, reduce your cholesterol, strengthen your bones and increase your metabolism. Taking time out of your busy day to walk around campus can reduce stress, boost your mood, reduce eye strain by taking a break from the computer, and help you avoid holiday blues and weight gain.
