TRANSCRIPTS
A transcript is an official record of a student's academic history of course enrollment and achievements. All courses officially attempted are listed.
An official Parkland transcript, available from the Office of Admissions and Records, is signed and dated by the registrar and mailed directly to another institution or business. Each student is furnished one official transcript free of charge. A fee of $2 is charged for each transcript requested thereafter. Special requests for transcripts to be prepared within one hour will be honored upon payment of a $3 fee (except at registration periods). All transcript requests must be in writing and signed by the student whose official record is being requested.
Parkland cannot forward the original or a copy of any document received by Parkland from another institution or agency to a third party. Transcripts, test scores, and other documents must be requested by the student from the originating institution or agency.
