Mission of the Support Assessment Committee
The purpose of the Support Assessment process is to provide a measure of how well Parkland's instructional support units are achieving their stated goals so that we can document how support services contribute to Parkland's mission. The SA program is a circular process that involves continuous definition of objectives, collection and analysis of data, interpretation of the results, and the use of the information for decision-making that results in improvement of services.
