Feeling groovy? Then dig out the love beads and bellbottoms and travel back to 1967 during the Parkland College Foundation’s 15th Annual Gala, on Friday, October 19 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Champaign Country Club.
The Foundation fundraiser’s theme for this year marks Parkland College’s 45th anniversary. Proceeds from the gala benefit scholarships at Parkland College.
Guests will enjoy food and beverages, music and a silent auction for such exciting items as condo stays in Maui and Mexico, jewelry, art, and other items.
Tickets are $75 per person; ticket holders must be 18 and older to attend.
