Calling all science enthusiasts! A Parkland College Natural Sciences Poster Session will be held on Wednesday, May 1 from 4 to 6 p.m. in the Flag and Gallery Lounges. Parkland students will be presenting posters on various topics related to science, including black holes, chemotherapy, why dynamite is safer than pure nitroglycerin, petrifaction, the Alpha Particle X-Ray Spectrometer, the chemistry of taste, and more. Stop by for just a few minutes, or stay the whole time. Refreshments will be provided.
