Are you eligible to become a member of the program????
Who is Eligible to be a Participant?
Students must identify with one or more of the following criteria:
- Meeting income guidelines established by the Department of Education
- If you are receiving the Pell Grant, you are likely to fit this requirement.
- Being a first generation
college student
- This means that your parents cannot have a bachelor's degree but can have attended college and/or received an associate's degree
- AND/OR having a documented disability
Additional criteria include:
- Students who are a citizen, national, or permanent resident of the United States
- Students who show a need for academic services
- Student who are enrolled in 12 hours or more of coursework
- Student who are degree seeking and are planning to transfer to a 4 year college or university.
Please note, space is limited. Meeting qualifications for the program does not guarantee acceptance into the program. Several other factors need to be taken into consideration.
