The Office Professional

Administrative assistants, secretaries, and other office professionals are at the heart of an organization’s internal and external information management. They process and transmit all types of communications to staff as well as to outside agencies and firms. Their duties may include scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, conducting research, creating and maintaining company websites, maintaining and organizing paper and electronic files, supervising clerical staff, and performing a wide range of other office tasks.
