The program is designed to provide the student or firefighter with the training required to be certified as Fire Officer I and Fire Officer II.

Program Note
Students wishing to transfer to SIU should consult with the SIU off-campus academic program advisor in D166. Substitute MAT 108 and ALM 135 for MAT 131; and take one of the following courses in addition to PHY 111 (or equivalent): BIO 100, 101, 109, 123, 141, 142, or SCI 108, or 208.
