Minimum graduation requirement — 18 semester hours and passing scores on all the exams leading to certification as Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSA).

This certificate program prepares students for entry-level positions as Microsoft network technicians and administrators.

Parkland College uses course materials approved by Microsoft to prepare students for the Microsoft Certified Professional exams leading to Microsoft Certified System Administrator certification, MCSA.
