WPCD

WPCD, 88.7 FM The Wave, the radio voice of Parkland College, broadcasts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. With a power output of 10,500 watts, its signal covers over 5,000 square miles. The Wave gives mass communication students the opportunity to participate in daily radio operations. The Wave airs an alternative rock format and features sports and specialty shows on the weekends.
