Corporate/Custom Training

If your company has a group of employees in need of training, it might be to your advantage to consider a customized training contract. The expertise and resources of Parkland College and our many collaborating organizations back the BDC's affordable, tailor-made training. Our skilled staff will analyze your business's needs and implement the most suitable skill-building solutions for your employees. We offer training in a wide array of areas, including:

basic skills and workplace literacy supervisory skills diversity and multiculturalism leadership and team development computer skills organizational effectiveness total quality management language skills (Spanish, English as a Second Language) health and safety, and much more.

Training may be conducted at your site, the Business Development Center, or a location of your choice. You can request training using our Training Request Form or by contacting Joe Streit at 217/353-2103 or jstreit@parkland.edu.  He will be glad to evaluate and design a training solution to fit your needs.
