- Please note
• Degree or certificate-seeking applicants must complete all questions on the application.
• Most health professions applicants must submit a $20 application fee. For questions on admissions see health professions website.
• Noncredit applicants should complete the SHADED SECTIONS of the application ONLY. Noncredit courses include workshops and other courses listed in the "Live and Learn" schedule that are not for credit.
• Nonelectronic applications should be typed or printed legibly using black ink.
• Submit the application to the Office of Admissions and Records as early as possible in advance of your expected starting date. Once all required documents are received and evaluated, you will be contacted in writing concerning your admission status. When you have been admitted you will receive information about assessment, orientation, and registration procedures.
