Parkland College has several online systems that you will use as a part of your time here. It is important for you to understand the purpose of each system and what you will use each system for.
My.parkland is the online resource to access Parkland student information. You will use my.parkland for a variety of reasons including registering for classes, checking financial aid, paying tuition, and checking grades. My.parkland also has links to all of our other online systems including Cobra and student email. If you need to find your user name and password for my.parkland, you can look up that information here
You will use your student email account to keep in contact with your instructors, to receive information from Admissions and Financial Aid, and to receive important campus wide announcements. You should log into your student email account regularly to ensure you are up to date. If you need to find your student email log-in information, you can find that information here
If you are taking online classes, you will need to log into Cobra Learning to access your course content. Some instructors also use Cobra Learning to post supplemental class information and grades. You can access Cobra Learning two ways:
- Log into my.parkland and click the Cobra Learning icon.
Accessing Cobra Learning through my.parkland will automatically log you into Cobra Learning.
- Direct log in
Click or enter https://cobra.parkland.edu/d2l/home into your browser's address bar.
You will then need to enter your user name, which is the same as your my.parkland or student email user name, and your password as your birthday in the MMDDYY format.
