When I put in my user name and password, the page just refreshes and does not log me in. What’s wrong?
This happens when you have entered either your user name or password incorrectly. For your user name make sure you are only entering your first name, last initial, and number, for example jsmith1, and that you are leaving off @stu.parkland.edu. For your password, make sure you are entering the last 5 digits of your social security number. If you are still having problems, please fill out our online help request form.
What is my password?
I have tried sending myself an email/someone else sent me an email, and I did not receive it. What happened to the message?
By default, your password is the last 5 digits of your social security number. If you are an International Student, or if you did not provide Parkland with your social security number, your password will be the last 5 digits of your Parkland provided social security number that began with four zeroes.
This usually happens because the sender did not enter your email address correctly. Please keep in mind that your email address is your user name followed by @stu.parkland.edu and not @parkland.edu. If the sender only put @parkland.edu you will not receive the email message.
